The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ stipulation and reinstated Jason R. Conley (attorney registration number 36743) to the practice of law, effective June 21, 2023.

The parties agreed that Conley has been rehabilitated, has complied with disciplinary orders and rules, and is fit to practice law. No opinion was issued.
