The Colorado Judicial Discipline Rule-Making Committee has approved several draft rules: Colorado Rules of Judicial Discipline 2(a), 4(a), and 18 to 26. The public comment period for written comments is now open. The Committee will hold a public comment hearing on April 23, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at 1300 Broadway, Denver, Colorado, 80203 in room 2B. Members of the public who wish to make an oral comment (either in person or online) must register by email on or before April 20, 2026.
