The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ stipulation and reinstated David I. Levy’s (attorney registration number 14182) law license, both from his disciplinary suspension and from his transfer to disability inactive status. Levy was reinstated effective October 17, 2024.

The parties agreed that Levy is rehabilitated, is competent from a professional and mental health perspective, and otherwise meets all requirements for reinstatement as provided in CRCP 242.39 and 243.10.
