Following an appearance by the parties under CRCP 251.29(j), the Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ stipulation and reinstated Peter D. Menges (attorney registration number 28750) to the practice of law, effective April 22, 2025.

The parties agreed that Menges has been rehabilitated, has complied with disciplinary orders and rules, and is fit to practice law. No opinion was issued.
