The Colorado Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing on the proposed Colorado Rules of Family Procedure, Rules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11-1, 11-2, 11-3, 12, 13, 15, 16-1, 16-2, 16-3, 16-4, 16-5, 16-6, 17, 24, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 45, 53, 54, 55, 56, 58, 59, 60, 62, 66, 69, 70, 98, 103, 107, 121 1-2, 121 1-4, 121 1-5,121 1-8, 121 1-9, 121 1-10, 121 1-11, 121 1-12, 121 1-15, 121 1-16, 121 1-17, 121 1-21, 121 1-22, 121 1-25, 121 1-26, 122, 123, 124, Form 35.4, and Form 35.5, on May 13, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. The Court also requests written public comments by any interested person on the proposed rule.  Public comments may be submitted in letter format addressed as follows:  Colorado Supreme Court, 2 E. 14th Avenue, Denver, CO 80202.  If submitting a public comment by email, please attach your comment as a separate document to your email in Word or PDF format.  Comments and speaking requests may be emailed to supremecourtrules@judicial.state.co.us.  Written comments received by the deadline will be posted on the Colorado Supreme Court’s website after the comment period closes.
