Deadline to Request to Speak at Public Hearing: February 2, 2026, at 4 p.m.

Public hearing scheduled on: February 10, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.

The Colorado Supreme Court requests written public comments the proposed changes to Rule 2 of the Public Access to Information and Records. A public hearing is also scheduled in the Supreme Court Courtroom. Written comments should be submitted by email in letter format as an attachment to the email as a Word or PDF document.  Comments and speaking requests must be emailed to supremecourtrules@judicial.state.co.us. Please include any speaking request in the body of your email. All comments and requests must be received by the deadlines outlined above. Written comments received by the deadline will be posted on the Colorado Supreme Court’s website after the comment period closes.
