The Presiding Disciplinary Judge issued an opinion entering summary judgment and dismissing the reciprocal discipline complaint against John Z. Moseley (attorney registration number 53592). The Presiding Disciplinary Judge found that the procedure followed in the jurisdiction that imposed Moseley’s original discipline did not comport with Colorado’s requirements for due process of law.
