The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ stipulation and reinstated Sherman P. Romney (attorney registration number 22670) to the practice of law, effective August 23, 2023.

The parties agreed that Romney has been rehabilitated, has complied with disciplinary orders and rules, and is fit to practice law. No opinion was issued.
