The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ stipulation and reinstated Christi Anne Sweeney (attorney registration number 30127) to the practice of law, effective October 3, 2024.

The parties agreed that Sweeney has been rehabilitated, is fit to practice law, and otherwise meets all requirements for reinstatement under CRCP 242.39.
